If you want to copy an app from your iTunes for Windows computer to your iPhone, and you wish to remain in close touch with the iTunes interface, do remember to be patient while the treeview containing your apps loads. To find this treeview, tab to the button indicating your iDevice name (such as "iPhone"), and activate it. Then, tab until you hear your screen reader say "Treeview." Wait a generous number of seconds before trying to navigate this view. You will want to press "down arrow" until you hear "Apps." Then, press the "tab" key until you come to the list of apps. Arrow down until you hear the app you want copied, and make sure its checkbox is checked before tabbing to the "Apply" button to start the sync. .
