Terry, Whether you can get a file off your phone and onto your computer depends on a couple of factors. Apple's iOS system is not designed to allow open access to its file system by users. However, certain Apps have access to their files through iTunes or through a cloud service such as Dropbox so it depends on which app you used to get the file onto your phone.
