hello all, is anyone else having a problem with the red spotted hanky app, where you now can't tell it that you have a railcard? I have been using this app to get train tickets for some time, but over the last few weeks, it seems to have developed an issue, where even though before, it would recognize that I use a disabled adult railcard as standard, it now doesn't, and I can't seem to tell it that I do still have the railcard. as it now won't recognize that I do still use the disabled railcard, this means that it doesn't come up with the discounted prices that it should. has anyone else had this issue, and more to the point, has anyone found a way to fix it. I called red spotted hanky customer services about this issue with the app, but found them as useless as the proverbial chocolate teapot.
