Both Braille input and output have three modes starting with iOS 8. There's 
contracted, uncontracted, and eight-dot. With a .brf file, you should  use 
8-dot, since these files are all upper-case.

With your "capitalization" example, it looks like you're using Unified English 
Braille. If you want US grade 2, you can set this in Accessibeality, Voiceover, 
Braille. Unified English Braille will be used increasingly in the US and 
Canada, and has different rules.
