For example, it is possible to have 3 different radio dj’s in New York at the same time. 4 dj’s in LA. 5 dj’s in London. Then you have 12 real live radio stations at your hand. Just an example. You just give it parameters, artists, genres, etc, and the app plays what it thinks you want to listen to.
