Greetings. When I need a menu I will go to All Access. That app is very accessible and is updated regularly. I have looked at AllMenus, but it hasn't been updated since it came out in 2010. Another option is to see if the restaurant has an app. Though your milage may vary for accessibility, often I can use the restaurant's app to look at the menu. When all else fails, there is the good old web search for something like: (restaurant name) menu, or text menu (restaurant name).
