From 4s and above. In general i would have say that those with older
devices should maybe wait a little and see what other opinion is about
the upgrade. but now Apple have been clear that they will optimize ios 9
in order to runn well even on old devices.
So So you can without problem upgrade your 4s to ios 9 that day they
going to releace it. In the end of August or September i gues.
