Well, theydo not make it easy to contact them.
You have to go to the www.support.iconfactory.com web site, create an account, 
then you can "start a discussion" that will go to the support team or you can 
start a discussion on their public forum.
The good thing about the way Twitterific (or the IconFactory) handles the 
captia is great. They call it humanverify and ask a question instead of having 
an image you have to figure out.
