Just called the Apple Accessibility hotline on my problem ripping with iTunes 12.1. There are incorrect entries in the data base and I wanted to edit what shows up on my pc. I told them what I was using, version of iTunes and screen access software and there response was to call my screen access software people. I got this from more than one person over the last couple of days. I understand why they would say that in terms of how My access software works, but I do not understand it in terms of how iTunes for pc was written. I'd appreciate suggestions. Thanks.
