Have you tried first opening the iTunes folder.  Next copy the iTunesmusic 
library.xml  to your desktop.  
Next  copy the iTunes library file to your desktop.  Next relaunch iTunes. 
Then go to file. 
Then go to library. 
Then go to import playlist. 
Then find the iTunes music library .xml file that is on your desktop and then 
select it. 
Then iTunes should  recreate your playlists.
