Have to crank the rotor round to Edit, then flick up/down until you find paste;
then double-tap. You have to be on an open text
input field for this to appear though.

I've not tried that way. Instead, use the "copy" option in the menu of actions
when you double tap the second time. Then, in your
email, use the rotor to paste, and the text should appear.
