It is Sendero, and it is available for various platforms i.e. VoiceNote, 
BrailleNote from Humanware, the PacMate Omni from Freedom Scientific, and 
the Hims BrailleSense Plus, U2 etc. notetakers.

And, I agree with Eileen's comments.  A good GPS is not substitute for 
orientation skills, but it sure makes exploring unfamiliar areas fun.

I would never trust a GPS device for giving correct route information when 
driving, they don't always know traffic laws.  And, I've seen instances 
where, of course, a pedestrian route might be listed where there are no 
sidewalks, although at least a pedestrian route won't put you on a highway.
