You can use the built in VoiceOver voices to read bookshare books with voice dream reader. You have the option of purchasing other high quality voices which run from $1.99 to $4.99 each from voice dream. I believe you'll have to spend $9.95 to purchase the voice dream reader app in order to read entire books with bookshare but it is well worth it.
