Hello Daniel,

This was an excellent suggestion; one that I had considered earlier but had not
yet tested.

However, upon reading your post, I did test your suggestion and am sorry to say
that the results were no different from those experienced with .mp3 files.

The problem is with the iBooks app, not the files, themselves. The developers
must allow iBooks to display individual track titles, when provided. Both the
native music and podcast apps respect such metadata.

My personal opinion is that the developers probably did not take into account
that people like to make their own audiobook volumes consisting of various
episode titles. My hope is that, should enough people report the oversight, it
will be corrected in iOS 9.

Mark

Listeners in iOS 8.4 iBooks

Hi Mark. Can I offer another suggestion? Instead of converting the files to
MP3, convert them to him for a, but change the eight to a beat. That way
they'll be tagged as an audiobook, and should theoretically have your title is
intact. Just a suggestion though, I'm not sure if that will work.
