There are very few users who experienced this problem (less than 0.5%). Transitioning from a paid app to a free one has some known glitches, so we apologize if you happen to be one of those who had a problem. Can you send us a brief email to [email protected]? Please include some detail (rough date, and your iTunes email) of when you originally purchased Fleksy so we can check our records and help resolve this for you.
