Hi, I have seen this issue. When this occurs, I would try the following: 1. Enable and disable airplane mode found in the control center or settings. 2. Although this sounds obvious, restart your phone by pressing the sleep/wake or power button at the top of the phone until VoiceOver states power off and double tap. Then turn on your phone again by pressing the sleep/wake or power button for about two seconds and releasing. 3. Reset your network settings found in settings/general/reset (note, this will cause you to have to reenter any wifi passwords for networks you had been connected to). 4. If it still states searching, there may be an outage. Contact your carrier.
