Depending on the course, when you double tap on the course you have downloaded, you can explore the buttons along the bottom of the screen and if one is labelled "Materials", you need to double tap it and on the next screen select Videos or Slides or whatever and double tapping on them takes you to the lectures and other materials which you then double tap in order finally to download your course materials to study!
