Hello: a while ago I wrote to the list about an intermittent problem I
am having with my iphone 4s, running Ios 8.3, of not being able to
update the apps. When I try to do so, they just hang there, either
saying connecting, or, stuck in the download. On the status bar I see
"connection in progress"
I called the apple disability line on several occasions, and went to the
Apple store. They tryed all the different resets. Most recently at the
Apple store, they did a complete reset restoring my stuff from the
cloud. After this, the problem went away for a few days, but it has
returned. Calling the Apple support line again, they suggested that I do
another complete reset, but ;this time not to restore the phone from the
cloud, but rather to go the my purchased apps, and down load them one by
one.
I have my doubts as to whether this will solve the problem.
I would appreciate any ideas anyone might have about how to solve this
problem.
