The iPhone's Mail client doesn't have this functionality within the app, but if you use Imap, your email provider may offer this feature. The advantage of doing it this way is that no matter what email client you use, the rules will be applied since they're on the server. I have a folder for this list, for instance, and it's available on my PC, Mac, iPhone and iPad, and I only had to create the rule once, on my email server.
