Hello Neal, Of course, I can only comment based on my own experience but as far as I am aware, the iTunes Library is not 64-bit or 32-bit dependent.
I frequently access the same iTunes Library from both a 64-bit version of iTunes for Windows and a 32-bit version of iTunes for Windows with no problems. whatsoever. Just make certain you have a good backup of your Library, including the iTunes.itl, iTunes .xml files along with all of their accompanying files and you should be good to go. Were I you, I would test the backup Library before proceeding with any OS or Software upgrades.
