They are not, I had a lot of them in folders once, my nephew was reconnecting my phone to the network in my home with a password that was 26 characters and decided to be helpful and reset my home screen layout, all my folders are gone now, and much as I want them I have not been willing to spend the time trying to do them all over again, last time I did a few then had my late husband do the rest, took him 15 minutes to move things around whereas it had taken me four hours to create the three I had done. I just don’t have the patience to do it all over again, there should be a better way for us to do this.
