I have found some issues with the subscriptions feature, but it hasn't crashed, at least if it did, it was only once and I don't recall for sure if I was in that tab.
What I have noticed, is that if you try emailing an article to yourself from the subscriptions area, the "back to content" button doesn't work on my iPhone 4. Instead I have to hit the back button in the upper left, which takes me back to the beginning of the section I was reading, not to the spot at the end of the current article.
