I'm not aware of a way to do what you want. I used to use a service and plugins to keep my bookmarks synced across IE and Firefox on all of my various systems, but I stopped using this when I just switched to Firefox and used their sync feature. I'm not sure if this service still exists and weather they have a plug in or app for Safari on the iPhone. I know Firefox isn't an option on the iPhone, but if you're willing to switch browsers, you might want to try out Chrome. I think it does what you want.
