I have this too: my iPhone running iOS 8.4 does not update the Music app when I add cd's to iTunes on my Mac - but my iPad running iOS 9 beta 3 does update! The only solution for my iPhone is to go into Settings--turn off iCloud music library and then turn it back on. When I next open the Music app and go to play something, the screen goes blank and the library reappears after a couple of minutes neatly updated. Or you could just wait for iOS 9 to arrive... Harry
