Hi, A coworker who is a mobility instructor just got some headphones from Amazon that work quite well. You can wear them as over the ear headphones, or put them around the back of your neck and turn the speakers outward just under your ears on your shoulder so you can hear them without having the surrounding sounds blocked. Apparently, they are popular among skate boarders. I think with shipping they came to about $37.00. They are called:
