I've spoken with 3 different folks at Apple Accessibility re this- and none were aware till I pointed it out. They urged everyone who uses iTunes playlists to contact [email protected] and express their problems. The tech who verified that this functionality has been removed, said that many changes were made in version 12.2.1- using drag and drop to work with the new playlists.
