Richard, Finally an answer to a simple question. Thanks for this. There is only one problem, and it has nothing to do with how helpful you were. I am in Windows 10. MS has seen fit to change the calculator to something that is not accessible. Sorry all for the numerous messages on this and especially now in that is about Windows. But if anyone knows about such a calculator on any platform, please write me off list if it is not related to the iDevices covered on this list. Neal, I just discovered, thanks to your question, that the calculator in Windows 7 and 8 have a mortgage worksheet. If all you want to do is calculate monthly payments based on the purchase price, down payment, and interest for x number of years, it works rather slick.
