Hi, I downloaded the Voice ocr app but when I open it nothing happens. Voice over does not speak. I uninstalled it and downloaded it again and the same thing happened. One time I got it to asked me to allow the camera and I did that but then it was froze up again and VO did not even work. I had to delete it again. Does anyone know why this Voice OCR app is not working. I have an iPad running IOS 8.3.
This voice ocr app is on applevis right now and it sounds like it is very good OCR app and it is free. Any help on this matter would be appreciated.
