Hi, The Now Playing screen on the watch will let you start and stop playback of BARD Mobile once you've started playback in the app on your phone. The Rewind and Fast Forward buttons take you to the previous and next section. There's no way to hold down those buttons to rewind or fast forward in small increments, though, the way you can do with the buttons on the phone or with the controls on your headphones.
