For those of you who have the Amazon echo and use the iPhone app, or try to,
you will perhaps be glad to know that Amazon has just started making available
what it calls "skills". These are like apps for your echo, which are developed
by third parties, and presumably also by Amazon developers, although the first
ones they have released are from third-party developers. And, this part of the
Amazon app, where you going to see what skills are available and enable them is
actually, shock, accessible. Maybe the first skills aren't anything exciting,
but, hopefully this means that when future ones come out they will also be. The
math puzzles app is actually kind of fun.
