The new Voice update version 3.3 which I downloaded yesterday is working fine on my iPhone 6 running iOS 8.3. I just used it to scan a bank privacy notification document and it did a very good job. It notifies you when it sees all four corners of the document but I'll caution that it helps if there is good contrast between what the document rests on and the document itself. When I tried putting my white document on my bathroom counter where the light is good but the counter is cream-colored, I got no notification about it detecting the four corners. However, when I placed it on a brown table, I was notified quickly. I don't know why you're experiencing problems with the app but if they persist after restarting your device, you might try removing the app and reinstalling it.
