Hello Keith,

Your question is somewhat vague.

However, generally speaking, I suggest:

Note:
While the steps below refer only to the native iOS Twitter app, you should
learn how to use Twitter in at least one Desktop browser.

1.
Explore all of the features of the native iOS Twitter app paying special
attention as to how to jump directly to various list members from within the
Settings area of the app. Really, really get to know the native iOS Twitter
app. Regardless of whether you will choose to use a third-party Twitter client
in the future, I think it best to begin with the basics; said basics being best
explored in the native Twitter app.

2.
Practice searching for people or companies on Twitter and when you find them,
follow them and/or add them to one of your lists. Please note that it is not
necessary to follow someone in order to add them to a list.

3.
Explore the profiles of some of the people/companies in which you are
interested and learn how to set notifications for them.

4.
Learn how to send direct messages to Twitter users.

5.
Participate in the conversation by replying to tweets and generate/post some
original tweets of your own.

Keith, in my opinion, the only way to truly learn how to harness the power of
Twitter is to dive in and get your feet wet. It may seem overwhelming and even
a little silly, at first, but stay with it and, after a short while, it will
begin to make sense. If memory serves, I believe the first companies I
followed were the news outlets as I could more easily understand their
timelines and construct a mental image of the platform upon which to build.

Oh, before I forget, my Twitter name is:
@markmarcus

Also, remember that Twitter can be a very serious social outlet but it can also
be a fun place to visit for some comic relief.

Here are some of my favorite accounts to follow:

CNN Breaking  News:
@cnnbrk

The President of the United States
@potus

Miss Piggy
@misspiggy

Tim Cook, CEO of Apple
@tim_cook

Get the idea?

Search for your favorite restaurants, clothiers, or world leaders; whatever you
like.

Good Luck and enjoy,

Mark

Subject: Turn Twitter Power Into Your Power And Get Things Done

Hello Everyone,

Thanks to my trusty Smartphone app, in conjunction with my favorite web
browser, I have resolved several issues with companies with whom I do business
including Samsung, AT&T, Apple, my local water company, one of my banking
services, a local restaurant chain, a grocery store, and a shopping facility
(just to name a few) via Twitter.

I am convinced that my issues would not have so quickly been resolved via any
other channel.

In one instance, for example, I Tweeted a problem at approximately 11:55pm,
that had previously gone unanswered via traditional channels including email
and telephone, and received a response within 10 minutes. Time of day
notwithstanding, this was not an isolated response time.

So, I want to encourage anyone who is trying to reach a particular developer of
an app, or has questions about a product or service, technology related or not,
 to strongly consider using the power of Twitter to make your voice herd or to
simply make contact.

Turn Twitter's power into your power and get things done.

Mark
