Not really, but I do have this issue with Audible downloads. On WiFi they sometimes are incredibly slow as in slow like on dial-up and if I turn off WiFi while the download is going on and it switches to 3G (no LTE yet where I live) it suddenly starts pooring in. Audible support tells me this could be a router issue as in a setting in my router and I am actually just waiting to find a time when I can talk to their elevated support as they want to connect to my computer to take a look at the settings.
