First plug in the iPhone. Next in iTunes tab to the iPhone button and then press space. Next tab to the treview and then use the up or down arrow keys to find apps. Next tab to the apps table and then use the up or down arrow keys to find the app you want and then press space. Then tab to the apply button and then press space.
