Well done to you.  Problem is that I don't always remember my steps by the time 
I get to the end as I tend to be a "follow your nose" type of person ...

However, I'll try to give that a go next time I brave iTunes.

  I know the feeling.  What I've done is just to describe what I want to do, 
what I tried to do, and what I encountered along the way.  I also pretty much 
took Apple to the woodshed for their lack of a meaningful  search feature with 
help for the PC version of iTunes.  But that was in comments on a survey.

    Hi all,

    Many of us hate iTunes with a passion and use it as little as possible.  
However, I am aware that there have been many times when I've read "that's 
broken in this upgrade ..." and really think that Apple just don't have their 
act together when it comes to iTunes for VI's, so far as the Windows version is 
concerned that is.

    I'd really like to address this by writing to

    but feel I am not sufficiently able with iTunes to explain what's not 
worked and why.

    If anyone feels we should address this issue by writing, I'd be happy to do 
this as an individual but only if someone who is competent enough could outline 
some of the things that are wrong, at least at this present time.

    Personally, I just wish it was much more straightforward with good keyboard 
support, but whether it's sufficient just to say that and draw their attention 
to the fact that so many of us just can't get to grips with it I'm not really 
sure.

    Any comments and thoughts welcome.
