It is not a problem on your end.  BARD was down all of yesterday, at least in 
my location.  The BARD app didn't even bring up a bard is down message, and 
trying to log on from my pc resulted in nothing.  It was active as of last 
night, I have not tried it so far this morning.  As you probably know, they 
were offline all last weekend, it sounds like something went wrong yesterday.  
Hopefully, they will get it together soon.

credentials? Try using the Safari browser and go about it that way and see what
