Since I am using a public beta I don't think that I am breaking any rules. I've been using 9.0 for a while now and like it. It is very stable and does well with the battery. The only real complaint I have is that when using the male siri voice for my IOS voice, it pronounces some of the vowels strangely. The beta for 9.1 just came out today as well. I haven't used it enough to have an opinion though.
