Hello all. I have not been successful in transferring purchased ringtones back to my iPhone nor the ones I have recorded. I suspect that the sync ringtones checkbox is not checked in iTunes. I found out from the web that in iTunes 11 when the sidebar was available you could find the checkbox under the settings option. Several steps were described as to how to do this but it does not apply to the current version of iTunes.
For some reason I cannot locate this checkbox in the current version of iTunes. even under settings. I sent an email to Apple Support and never received a response. Could someone please tell me where the checkbox might be found to enable the syncing of ringtones Thanks in advance.
