The two serious bugs at the moment appear to be the inability to type text using a bluetooth keyboard, and the phone locking up when you get or hang up a call. Both bugs only affect a subset of iOS9 users, not everyone. Other than that, I think the rest of the bugs are mild enough that I can live with them.
