My bad... I'm running 12 1 3. I updated my phone using this software without a problem. Sorry, shd've checked my version before writing my last message... again, using Vista with itunes 12 1 3... I updated my phone without the error you described. Can you go back to the previous version of itunes? Sorry again for my mistake..
