They do not seem to have an app and the RX list site is full of visual ads which can be distracting. I have used the Mayo Clinic website many times and find it easy to use and not full of advertisements. I have not tried their app. The Mayo Clinic also publishes several lengthy, but well organized books detailing medical conditions, some of which are on BARD. I personally feel the Mayo Clinic site is well organized, informative and easy to navigate and generally that is where I look up medical information. Hope this helps.
