Sounds more like a focus issue of iOs itself.

Subject: Email losing focus when dictating in iOS 9

Hello,
This is something I have noticed since installing iOS 9. I have also noticed it
as I have read through email messages on this list
today. I dictate the subject of the email. Then I double tap on the body of the
email to change the focus to the body of the email
instead of this subject of the email. Sometimes the focus remains on the
subject and it becomes a very long subject. Other times it
moves to the end or someplace in the middle of the email. I have looked at some
emails today where people have accidentally written
on the bottom of the email. I have also looked at some rather long subject
lines. Could this be A focus problem in 9.0? I have never
had this problem before. Has anyone else noticed it?
