Hi, I have noticed notifications being quite inconsistent in iOS9 with a bevvy of apps including messages, news headline apps and Westminster chimes to name a few. Robin

I discovered this when I tried to send myself a text message. I heard my text tone go off, but voice over didn’t read the notification. I had to swipe to read the notification.
