The app I’ve been trying to update is ITunesU so I don’t think that is it.

When in the Updates section of the App Store, I double-tap the update button for a particular app. The button then announces “connecting”. It does not get past that point. I have closed all apps in the app switcher and shut off my phone and get the same result. This has been going on for over a week. Please help!
