I am writing this message on a fifth gen iPod Touch running iOS 9.0.1 or 9.01 (whichever) using an Amazon Basics Bluetooth keyboard. I hav3en't used this particular iPod Touch very much, and this keyboard has been paired with a number of devices. So, I had to pair the keyboard before trying it out with this Touch and the latest iOS.
one thing I noticed was that when I clicked on reply for this message VoiceOver said Quick Nav off. However I was unable to move through the text area. So, I pressed the right and left arrow keys. my intent was to turn the Quick nav on and then back off. As it happened, though, my first press of the two keys turned the Quick Nav off. So, when I first entered the text area and VoiceOver told me Quick nav was off, it was actually still on. Don't know if this helps any. But, as I said, this message is being entered using the latest iOS and an Amazon Basics Bluetooth keyboard. Also, I tried the same combo within notes and had no particular problems.
