Hi Joe, The way you adjust alarm volume is to go into the Clock app, tap on alarms and edit an existing alarm. Double tap on your alarm tone so you get into the list of available alarms sounds. Find the alarm sound you have, it will say "selected" and double tap it. This will play the alarm sound and as it plays you can adjust the volume up or down with the volume buttons. Whatever level you set it to will be what it remembers.
