Hi Dacia, When you connect your iPhone, did you already go to the device area (you have to find the "iPhone" button and activate it) and tell iTunes that you want to sync all music or selected music? You do this by going to the treeview which has "Summary" at the top, then arrow down to music, I think Apps comes first,t hen music, then tab to the checkbox that says "Sync Music" and then after you check it, tab again a couple of times and select either the "Sync All Music" radio button or the "Sync selected playlists, genres or artists". Not sure if I have the exact wording right, but if you check to sync all music then all you have to do after that is tab to Apply and activate it which starts the sync or you can go to the File menu, find "Devices", open that submenu with the right arrow and go to "Sync". If you only want to sync certain artists or, if you made playlists, selected playlists, you select the other radio button, then tab until you get to the appropriate list view (genres, playlists, artists, albums etc.) and then arrow down through the list of available choices and check the ones you want, then go to Apply or select Sync.
