I suppose you could use VDR's web browser option as an actual web browser, but
that I generally use it for is to put articles into VDR. Say you have a page
that is just not cooperating with you in Safari, most-likely because of a lot
of junk on the page. Instead of opening that page in Safari, you can perform a
double-tap-and-hold on the link in question, and pick the copy option from the
menu that pops up. Then, go into VDR, double-tap on add, then double-tap on the
web browser option. At the top left-hand corner of that screen will be an edit
field; double-tap on that and, if necessary, clear the text field with the
clear button you'll find if you flick right; paste in your link by finding the
edit option in the rotor and flick up/down until you get to paste. Then, press
go. The page will load, and then you can press the save button in the bottom
right-hand corner. A menu will pop up, adking if you want to save the entire
text of the article, or if you want to do a smart save. Choose smart save, and
most of the junk in the article will be stripped out for you. The document will
load into VDR, and a popup will com up saying as much when the proces has
completed. Dismiss the alert and go read your article. Don't forget to switch
the sorting options to add date, or you may have a hard time finding the
article in VDR's library.

Thanks,
Ari
