The wording of your answer suggests I didn't state my confusion accurately.
I'll try again. During one Amazon session, I was offered the option of
buying a Kindle book by pressing a button listing the price of the book.
During a subsequent session, the price button was replaced by the expected
"buy with one-click" button. In other words, VoiceOver, Amazon, or both
were not displaying a consistent web page. It is almost as if Amazon was
stinkering with differing page styles, and I was caught in the midst of
this changing scenario. Am I making better sense now? (grin)
