I did just that today not out of a sense of panic but more out of a desire
to know and enlighten them of this segment of their customer base. When I
clicked on contact us at their web site I was tickled to find the following:

Feel free to join in my contacting party if you're curious. So far the
accessibility of their app has been stellar in recent years so I've high
hopes that'd continue.

According to M3 a Swedish magazine for everything mobile and smart phones,
Sonos will soon release a new variant of the Play 5. According to the paper,
the Play5 will have improved sound quality but, and this is the reason i
post, the physical buttons will be replaced by touch functions and we all
know what that means to someone blind or visually impaired. Is it time to
look at other multiroom streaming solutions?
